This 8-week program is designed for true beginners. We start with structured run/walk intervals and progressively build you to a full 5K.
You don’t need to be “in shape.”
You just need to start.

What’s Included:
✅ 16 coached outdoor sessions (2x/week for 8 weeks) PLUS a final 5K test run and post-run celebration
